Global visual & commercial specialist, store H&M HOME

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Global visual & commercial specialist at H&M Home, you will translate assortment strategies and commercial beliefs to a product activation & curation plan together with Assortment and Global Merchandise Managers. You create inspiring and commercial product curations and provide clear store information to regions. You are an informal leader and will be responsible for a specific product category within H&M Home.

Key responsibilities:

• Set a strong plan for presentation & commerciality for all store formats (Core, Extended and H&M HOME Concept Stores)
• Plan global assortment specific activation and align with Store Activation Plan, also set product curation plans of localized assortment needs (e.g. Emerging markets)
• Review and identify curation, product activation and commercial opportunities quarterly with your Global merchandise manager based on feedback from regions
• Lead and create product curations in line with H&M HOME’s Presentation Principles
• Work close to assortment teams to ensure clear trend presentations for Campaigns, A-areas and Destinations
• Set and execute on the direction of product prioritization & big orders including price perception
• Provide assortment activation guidelines, what & when (Commercial Info)
• Act with urgency on selling opportunities/threats provided by Global Merchandise Manager

WHO YOU ARE​

• Experience from various senior Visual Merchandiser roles both from Global, Area, Stores with developing both business and people through teamwork (minimum of 3 years)
• Strong knowledge about physical store identity and global retail strategies linked to assortment offer and presentation methods
• Knowledge about visual best practices, routines and how the physical store operates
• Strong knowledge about global visual guidelines and regional way of working with Commercial info to stores
• Understand Region and Sales Market organizational set-up (roles & responsibilities)
• Understand competitor landscape
• Fluent in English language

• Collaborative and have experience from stake holder management, with excellent communication and presentation skill
