About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM Manager to take full ownership of the customer lifecycle across both B2C and B2B. This is not a campaign scheduler role – it’s about building a CRM ecosystem that drives growth, retention, and lifetime value across multiple verticals.
You will lead lifecycle marketing efforts – from onboarding and activation to monetisation and winback. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Tech, Compliance, and Creative, and operate Braze (and related tools) to deliver event-driven, personalised, and compliant communication at scale.

You’re a hands-on CRM specialist who loves building journeys, testing flows, and optimising performance. You have a structured, data-driven mindset and are comfortable taking ownership of execution while collaborating across teams. Whether it’s tweaking a Braze flow, analysing lifecycle metrics, or working with compliance to get messaging right - you get things done.
