PCR Product Developer – R&D Division Recycling

A core component of Trioworld’s strategy is to increase the use of recycled plastics in our products. In a short period, we have established Sweden’s leading recycling center for agricultural and stretch film at Reviva, located in Korsberga. This facility, together with our other recycling plants in Nyborg, Denmark, and Ombrée d’Anjou, France, supplies several of our group’s factories with recycled materials.

With a high rate of investment, we constantly initiate new projects to improve and develop our plants, productivity, and products. The vision of our division is to produce PCR (Post-Consumer Recyclate) with performance equal to that of virgin materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute new product development projects in an international team
• Conduct research on materials, market developments and sustainability solutions
• Coordinate trials and pilot productions, including  both on the production floor of our recycling lines and at customers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Production, Compliance) and international teams

You will be part of a supportive team with colleagues both in Sweden and internationally. The role involves close collaboration and knowledge sharing to find the best possible solutions. You will report to the R&D Director for Stretch Film & Recycling, based at our facility in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree in a technical or scientific field, preferably in materials, chemistrymechanical or physical engineering. Experience in the recycling industry or polymer, or with packaging , is an advantage but not required.

You are creative, see possibilities, and are eager to test ideas in practice. You thrive in project-based work and are responsible and collaborative. Experience with polymer material lab analysis is highly valued. Proficiency in Office tools, Swedish, and English is required. Knowledge of German and/or French is a plus. Most importantly, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
