Do you have a strong understanding of production leadership and understand how quality, sustainability and operational excellence create real business value? We are looking for a Vice President Quality, Environment & VPS who can turn analysis and strategy into real change through networking, influence and collaboration with the line organization.

Your mission

This role is about driving influence and transformation – not making decisions in the line organization, but creating the conditions for the right decisions to be made where they have the most impact. Leading a brilliant team of five professionals, you will together drive and foster:
Quality & Production-Driven Improvements – Build a practical quality culture where production leadership and operational understanding meet data-driven analysis and strategic development.
Sustainability & Regulatory Compliance – Ensure environmental and sustainability requirements are seamlessly integrated into operations, rather than treated as an afterthought.
VPS & Efficiency – Enhance workflows, decision-making and collaboration models by leveraging modern data collection, evaluation and analysis for continuous improvement.

What You Bring

Experience in production leadership and quality – you understand how theory meets reality on the shop floor.
A sharp business mindset – you see how quality, environment, and operational excellence drive long-term value.
The ability to build networks and influence – you drive change through collaboration, not top-down decisions.
Experience in ensuring data flows from collection to analysis – and the ability to translate insights into improvements.
A solid understanding of Quality Management and international manufacturing frameworks - and how to turn them into a competitive advantage.
