Cloud Engineer

We are super excited to announce that Ahmed, Fredrik, Peter, Tomislav and Emil are looking to welcome their next colleague to Voyados Cloud Centre of Excellence team. This team provides centralized governance, best practices and support for cloud operations. They also ensures system reliability, performance ad scalability with a focus on automation and opperational excellence. 

About the role and day-to-day

As our next Cloud Engineer will you contribute to the creation of a solid scalable cloud infrastructure by focusing on DevSecOps principles. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building structure, supporting developers, and implementing secure and scalable pipelines across a cloud-agnostic environment.

Some things you'll be up to:

• Set up and evolve CI/CD pipelines and development lifecycle processes with a strong focus on security and automation throughout the entire development lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers to build tools and infrastructure that support efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Be an advocate for DevSecOps principles—implementing best practices in code review, automated testing, artifact security, and access controls.
• Working with our cloud environment and infrastructure to facilitate delivery of our platforms.

So, who are you?  You are an experienced developer with a security-first mindset who places high value on quality. You come with experience from similar roles and therefore understand the software development lifecycle and have knowledge of cloud computing concepts. You're a structured and collaborative teamplayer with great communication skills. We work with Infrastructure as code, Terraform, GitHub, CI/CD, PowerShell and Python, a strong foundation in these or similar technologies will set you up for success in this role. We believe this role is a great fit for someone who wants to take ownership—not just of infrastructure, but of how we work together as a team.
