All about the role:

We are seeking a SAP Manufacturing Solution Expert.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Projects and Continuous Improvements. Maintenance only as third line support
• EluxONE Manufacturing Solution implementation for the new factories as well as improvements in factories for where EluxONE Manufacturing Solution is already implemented.
• 
  
• Responsibility about one or multiple functional areas within the Manufacturing Solutions (Ex. WM, Prod. Planning, QM, Procurement etc.)
• 
  
• EluxONE Manufacturing Solution implementation for the new factories, development of new Template Processes , validation of Maintenace Request as well as improvements in factories for EluxONE Manufacturing Solution is already implemented.

What you'll do:

• Identify, design , tailor, implement solutions for SAP application
• 
  
• Take ownership of initiation, creation, reviewing and approving of the PM581 document.
• 
  
• Main contact point with Business Process Owners and Key users in order to collect business requirements and elaborate a proposed IT solution.
• 
  
• Close collaboration with SAP Manufacturing Integration Lead in the identification of business requirements and solution proposal for system integrations.
• 
  
• When needed, consult Solution Architects for the creation of proposed solutions.
• 
  
• Share expertise during various phases of project rollout from Analysis Phase to Business Go-Live.
• 
  
• Template ownership in order to achieve standardized solutions among all EluxONE enabled factories.
• 
  
• Active Control management to create, release and approval of both customizing and workbench transport requests.
• 
  
• Take ownership of implementation timings in terms of release schedules and change complexity.
• 
  
• Review Proof Of Test in Service NOW in order to approve the Change Request as SME or FSO.
• 
  
• Collaborate with other Business Areas in order to exchange experiences, drive standardization and secure a central document repository.
• 
  
• Secure the integrity of the solution by implementing regression tests both manual and automatic.
• 
  
• Responsible for maintaining assignments of Transaction codes to correct Job and Task roles in GRC.
• 
  
• Secure availability of updated documentation including BP310, BP315, PM581, Functional Specifications, Enablement Lists,, helpcards etc.
• 
  
• When needed, consult Solution Architects for the validation of proposed solutions.
• 
  
• Promote SAP Standard solution while restricting number of custom developments.

Qualifications:

• Strong ability to convert business demand into structured requirements.

• Good understanding about SAP functionality supporting Manufacturing processes.

• Strong communication skills, verbally and written, ability to communicate with functional and technical teams.
