About the position

Perido is looking for a skilled Adobe Experience Manager on behalf of our client, a major bank with a vision to realize dreams and help its customers achieve their goals. The bank serves over 10 million customers and has offices across Northern Europe. This position is based in central Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• AEM Development and Customization: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms to meet business requirements.
• Component and Template Development: Implement and oversee the development of AEM components, templates, and workflows using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and OSGi services.
• Third-Party Integrations: Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems.
• Business Requirement Translation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical features and solutions.
• Performance and Optimization: Ensure optimal performance of AEM solutions by implementing caching strategies, dispatcher configurations, and scalability best practices.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.
• DevOps and CI/CD Management: Work with DevOps teams to manage AEM deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and cloud infrastructure (Adobe Cloud Manager, AMS, or on-premise).
• Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with AEM security best practices, access controls, and governance policies.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with UX/UI designers, content authors, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in AEM development (AEM 6.x and above), with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of JCR, Sling, OSGi, Apache Felix, and AEM Dispatcher.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, JSP, Servlets, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, and CSS.
• AEM Asset Workflows: Extensive experience with AEM Asset Workflows, Dynamic Media API integration Workflows, Asset Selector workflows
• Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Adobe Cloud Manager, AMS, or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• CI/CD Tools: Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git, Adobe Cloud Pipelines).
• Integration Skills: Proven experience integrating third-party APIs and headless CMS solutions.
• Web Best Practices: Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills

Meritorious

• Front-End Frameworks: Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.

Contract type and hours

Full-time, consulting assignment for 6-12 months. Start asap.
