Tender & Quotation Specialist

In this vital role, you will support the sales team by preparing competitive, high-quality technical bids and cost calculations, with a primary focus on MNS 3.0 solutions. You’ll be an essential link between customers, technical teams, and sales — ensuring that each proposal meets customer expectations and company standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on complete technical and commercial proposals for both Swedish and international customers.
• Support sales teams with technical bids, cost estimations, and solution recommendations.
• Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews — both online and onsite.
• Ensure customer specifications, standards, and documentation are up to date.
• Work within Salesforce and maintain the solutions database.
• Contribute actively to the development of technical systems and tools.
• Take part in order handovers, product planning sessions, and sales meetings.
• Deliver technical presentations and conduct customer training sessions when required.

• You have a technical education or equivalent experience in electrical power, automation, or mechanics.
• You have experience in bid preparation and technical solutions within the industrial sector.
• Meritorious: Experience with Salesforce and configuration systems. 

You are meticulous, structured, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have a business-oriented mindset and enjoy working in a customer-facing role.
