Were Hiring: Recruiter/Coordinator for Internal Reorganisation Project

About the Assignment:

Soros Consulting is looking for a structured and experienced Recruiter/Coordinator to support an ongoing internal reorganisation project at a large multinational company.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth internal recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and managing communication between hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. The role requires both operational and advisory skills, including the ability to challenge unconscious bias during interviews and bring an outside-in perspective to the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal candidates and managers
• Send invitations and manage candidate communication
• Support hiring managers during interviews, including co-interviewing
• Maintain a structured and transparent recruitment process
• Collaborate closely with two other recruiters on the project
• Use Excel and ATS tools (Avature is a plus) to track and report on progress
• Ensure a professional and caring experience for all stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the context of reorganisations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Excellent skills in Excel and experience with ATS systems
• High integrity, team-oriented, structured and caring
• Experience from working in a multinational company is a plus
